螺杆空压机性能测试装置可以对各种规格的空压机在不同工况下进行性能试验。各种工况下空压机喷油量的需求是不同的。通过对比分析,设计了一套复合油路系统,有效解决传统的油路系统环境适应性差、通用性差的问题,并详细介绍了关键参数喷油量的计算。

Screw air compressor performance test device can carry out performance experiment in different working situation to kinds of air compressor. The oil-inject quantity demand of air compressor is different in kinds of working conditions. Through the contrast analysis,we design a multiple oil loops,which can effectively solve problems of traditional oil loops,such as poor environmental adaptability and poor universality. In addition,how to caculated key parameter of oil-injected quantity is introduced in detail.
