汽车离合器踏板力的实验研究及优化 被引量:5

摘要 为解决汽车离合器在传递大扭矩时存在的踏板力过大的问题,通过对离合器系统分析,推导出最大踏板力的理论计算公式;基于理论公式,提出了离合器踏板力过大的解决方案。结合某轿车离合器踏板力过大问题的实验研究,搭建了实验台架,对相关零件及影响因素进行实验并优化,通过与实验结果对比,验证了理论分析结果。 To solve the problem that the pedal load is too high when clutch transforming big torque,this paper derives a new calculation formula of max.pedal load by analyzing the clutch system.Based on the formula,we put forward a solution of pedal load over high.Test rig has been built when solving this problem of some vehicles,meanwhile by comparing with test result the theoretical analyses result has been proven after correlative components and influencing factor being optimized.
