摘要
通信网络的实时性是其在工业应用中需要考量的重要因素。基于PC/104进行了CAN网络的延时测量。阐述了测量原理和平台搭建、实验方案。从时序出发分析了PC/104与SJA1000接口电路的设计思路,在此基础上完成了通信延时测量平台的设计与制作。通过实验获得了点对点CAN通信中的传输延时和软件延时数据,并与传输延时的理论和仿真结果进行对比,定量分析了波特率对CAN网络实时性的影响。
Real-time performance of communication network is a key factor need to be considered in industrial application.This article measured the delay time of CAN based on PC /104.The measuring principle and experiment scheme was discussed in detail.Analyzed the design philosophy of PC /104 and SJA1000's interface circuit through time sequence and then finished the fabrication of delay measure platform.Transmitting and software delay time were got through several experiments of point-to-point CAN communication,and baud rate's influence to real-time property of CAN network was analyzed quantitatively.
