摘要 研究一种辅助工人进行电磁阀装配的系统。通过电子标签对阀体进行编号,RFID读写器判断流水线上到达装配工位的阀体型号,并将信号传递给平板电脑和PLC。平板电脑控制显示器分步显示该类型电磁阀的装配流程及其如何装配,工人根据提示进行装配。当工人完成一个步骤,工业摄像头采集图像并进行图像匹配,判断装配是否正确;若装配正确则传递信号给PLC和平板电脑,PLC调用下一步程序,显示器显示下一步操作,依次指导工人完成阀体的装配。该系统能够提高产品的装配质量及其生产效率,将质量管理的重点从"事后把关"转移到"事先预防"上来。 In this paper,an assembly aided-system of solenoid valve for assembling will be researched. Its main principle as below: Marking the solenoid valve by electronic tag,the RFID reader can identify which type the solenoid valve is. When the RFID reader gets the signal,it will transmit the signal to the PLC and tablet-PC. Then the Tablet-PC shows workers assembly process and the method. According to the prompt,workers assemble the solenoid valve. When one step completed,an industrial camera wills the image acquire and match to judge whether this step has been done accurately. If it is right,tablet-PC show the next step and PLC applies next program. Repeating these procedures until the assembly completely finishes. This system can improve the assembly quality,by controlling quality of product during assembles instead of testing in the end,and its efficiency of production.
