摘要 针对内插式永磁同步电机,提出一种无位置传感器转子初始角度估计的方法。该方法首先在估计的同步旋转的坐标系下注入高频电压信号,解调后得到位置偏差信号,通过PI调节器可得初次角度估计值;然后注入正负脉冲信号,借助不同磁极下直轴电路时间常数不同的特性,判断转子磁极的方向;最终正确估算出转子初始位置。仿真结果表明该算法不仅能够迅速估计出转子角度,而且辨识精度较高,改进了传统方法收敛速度慢、估计不准确的缺点。 A new method for initial rotor position estimation of Interior permanent magnet synchronous motor( IPMSM) without position sensor is presented. Firstly,by injecting a high-frequency voltage signal into the estimated synchronous rotating coordinate system,the position deviation signal can be obtained after demodulation. Then the first estimated value of rotor angle can be obtained by the PI regulator. After that positive and negative pulse signal is orderly injected,thus the direction of rotor poles should be identified by means of the different time constant of d-axis equivalent circuit under different poles. Combined with the first estimation,the actual angle of rotor will be finally estimated. The simulation shows that this method can estimate the rotor angle more quickly and more accurately than the traditional method.
