摘要
以某型号自行式高空车模型为研究对象,对其伸缩臂进行有限元分析优化及液压缸铰点位置的优化。为了保证伸缩臂的强度、变形均在允许范围内,对伸缩臂截面进行了局部加强。建立了伸缩臂变幅液压缸铰点优化设计问题的设计模型,运用MATLAB对其进行优化,为高空车作业臂的结构设计、优化提供了科学的依据,具有一定的工程意义。
The paper researches a modeling of self-propelled aerial vehicle,making finite element analysis and optimization of the position of the hydraulic cylinder. In order to ensure the strength and deformation of telescopic boom under allowable range of material,strengthen part of cross-section. Establish designing model about optimizing the hinge of hydraulic cylinder and acquire a better design by MATLAB. This paper provides a basis for the structural design and optimization of aerial operation arms,owning engineering significance.
