摘要
拟用PLC控制系统替代原本的摇臂机床的电气控制系统。根据机床的运动控制要求和结构特点设计硬件和软件系统,并通过仿真及实验调试,实现其总体运动控制功能,使摇臂钻床的控制更加自动化,调整修改也更加灵活,从而在一定程度上降低劳动力,提高机床的加工精度、工作效率。
This topic employs PLC control system replaced the rocker arm machine electric control system. According to the requirements of the machine tool motion control and structure design of hardware and software system,and through the simulation and experimental debugging,realize the overall motion control function,the control of radial drilling machine is more automated,adjust the changes more flexible,which to a certain extent,reduce the labor force,improve the machining precision of the machine tool,work efficiency.
