摘要
通过从RFID(radio frequency identification)技术入手,建立系统的控制框架,根据条件触发相应控制流程的节点,能够实现一定的生产线智能化控制。经过各功能模块的硬件的选择与设计,系统控制流程和通信方案的设计再到最后的PLC程序编制,开发出了一套能够合理、稳定运行的生产线系统模型,既符合现代工业生产线对自动化和效率的要求,又能体现工业4.0信息化和智能化的特点,对传统工业生产线技术升级有着一定的影响和意义。
Based on the RFID( radio frequency identification) technology,establishing the system control framework,triggering the corresponding control flow node according to the conditions,it is possible to achieve a certain intelligent control for production lines. After the hardware selection and design of each functional module,the design for system process control and communications solutions and the last PLC programming,finally a system model of the production line is developed,which is reasonable and stable. The result not only meets automation and efficiency requirements from the modern industrial production line,but also reflects the Industry 4. 0 informatization and intelligent features,and has a certain influence and significance for the traditional industrial production line technology upgrade.
