铝板电磁焊接的电磁场特征分析

摘要 板件材料电磁焊接过程中集磁器周围复杂的电磁场直接影响焊接效果,为此推导出了被焊板感应电磁场、感应涡流与磁压力的计算公式,并对三者进行了二维仿真研究,得到板件位于集磁器中心部位下方位置处的磁压力、感应涡流与X向磁场强度的最大值及分布规律。分析其形成机制,比较焊接试验所得的焊接接头处波状结合界面的微观形貌。仿真和计算结果与试验现象在联结和分布规律上具有高度一致性,从而验证了此焊接电磁场模型的合理性和适用性。 During electromagnetic welding process of plates,the coil can generate magnetic field,but the magnetic field around it is emanative,which directly affects the welding effect. The deduction of the electromagnetic welding process is shown in this article. The 2D simulation of the electromagnetic welding process was conducted by electromagnetic simulation software. The result reveals that the maximum of the magnetic pressure,induced eddy current and horizontal magnetic field intensity of the welded plate can be found right beneath the central part of the electromagnetism generator. After analyzing the formation mechanism and comparing the microstructure of the welding interface,the results of simulation and calculation are in accordance with the experiment,thus the electromagnetic model is verified.
