摘要
探讨图像处理技术在锂离子电池检测中的应用。首先,分析了锂离子电池的X射线图像的特征,对图像进行了预处理;其次,通过设置灰度阈值完成了图像中电池正负极区域的分割;最后,提出了角点检测算法检测图像中电池极片的边缘点,并根据锂离子电池正负极边缘点的相对距离判断电池正极的覆盖状况。采用该方法对2 000幅锂离子电池图像中的正负极覆盖率进行检测,检测准确率为98.11%。
In this study,the application of image processing technology in the detection of Lithium-ion batteries is discussed. Image pre-processing techniques have been firstly applied to enhance the key features in the X-ray images. Then,through setting a grayscale threshold,the anode and cathode images can be extracted from the X-ray image. Lastly,to extract the position of the edges of electrodes,corner detection algorithms has been applied,and the overlapping status of Lithium-ion battery can be obtained based on the positions of the electrode edges. The accuracy rate of this method is 98.11% after applying this method on 2 000 Lithium-ion battery images.
