摘要 介绍了基于Arduino控制器的三自由度机械臂软笔书法平台的设计与开发。控制系统采用基于Arduino的控制器,机械结构为三自由度机械臂和导轨组成的平台结构。硬件结构设计方面,利用末端位置获得机械臂的角度;软件设计操作方面,利用CorelDRAW软件设计矢量图,确定机械臂所需要移动到的点的空间位置和顺序,控制端控制末端到达这些位置。实验结果表明该设计实现了软笔书法的书写要求,并且书写流畅、可靠。 This paper introduces the design and development of a three-degree-of-freedom robotic arm soft pen calligraphy platform based on Arduino controller. The control system adopts an Arduino-based controller.The mechanical structure is a platform structure composed of a three-degree-of-freedom robot arm and a guide rail. In terms of hardware structure design,the end position is used to obtain the angle of the robot arm. In terms of software design operation,the CorelDRAW software is used to design the vector diagram to determine the spatial position and order of the points to which the robot arm needs to move,and the control end of the control terminal reaches these positions. The experimental results show that the design achieves the writing requirements of soft pen calligraphy,and the writing is smooth and reliable.
