拉美社会在近期发展中有一个重要现象,即对身份认同的公众争议越发凸显,这与对公民权、公平正义以及政治代表权/政治认可的诉求是联系在一起的。20世纪70年代末、80年代初以来,一些在政治上倾向于民主的拉美国家集团力量越发强大。与此同时。
