果树胶孢炭疽菌的RAPD分析

RAPD analysis of the pathogenic fungi of anthracnose of fruits

运用RAPD技术对果树胶孢炭疽菌 (ColletotrichumgloeosporioidesPenz.etSacc.)共 1 7个菌株的基因组DNA进行了多态性分析 ,1 0个 1 0碱基寡核苷酸单链随机引物共获得 2 4 6条RAPD分子标记 ,RAPD扩增结果表明菌株间亲缘关系较近 ,菌株间的差异与寄主、地理来源无关 .

Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) technique was used to analyze the genetic diversity of 17 Colletotrichum gloeosporioides strains. Two hundred and forty six loci were obtained by using 10 primers. The results showed that the genetic relationships of all the tested strains were very close and the polymorphisms of RAPD pattern of tested strains were not obviously related to their hosts and localities.
