厚皮毛竹茎秆的解剖结构

对厚皮毛竹 (Phyllostachysheterocyclacv .Pachyloen)茎秆的结构和维管束的类型、大小和密度的变化规律进行了观察 .结果表明 ,茎杆含有未分化型、半分化型和开放型 3种类型的维管束 ,维管束的大小变化规律是外壁上部的维管束最大 ,中部的次之 ,下部最小 ;中壁和内壁下部维管束最大 ,上部次之 ,中部最小 .维管束密度的变化规律是外壁中部茎秆密度最大 ,上部次之 ,下部最稀 .

The article reported the anatomical structure of culms and the change of the morphology,size and density of vascular bundle in Phyllostach heterocycla cv. Pachyloen. There were the vascular bundles of undifferentiation, half differentiation and open types in the culms. The changing laws of vascular bundle dimensions were the biggest of top,the second of central section,the minimal of the lower part in outer wall and the biggest of the lower part,the second of the top,the minimal of the central section in middle wall and the inside wall. The changing laws of vascular bundle density were the biggest on the central section, the second on the top, the rarest on the lower part in outer wall of culms.
