晋西黄土丘陵沟壑区生态环境建设与可持续发展

Construction and Sustainable Development of Ecological Environment in Hilly-gully Loess Area of West Shanxi

对晋西黄土丘陵沟壑区的土地退化、水土流失、工农业污染等方面对区域生态环境现状进行了分析,指出了制约区域经济社会可持续发展的因素。从理论上分析了区域林草植被恢复的前景,明确了保护和建设生态环境的内容。提出了调整土地利用结构、发展生态农业;建设森林生态网络体系,治理水土流失;加强工矿区土地复垦等实现社会经济可持续发展的对策。

Present situations of ecological environment in following aspects: soil and water erosion, land degradation, water resource, pollution of industry and agriculture are analyzed, the restrictive elements of economy and society sustainable development in this region proposed, vegetation recovery prospect suggested and the contents of ecological environment protection and construction clarified. The counter measures to the sustainable development are presented on adjustment of land use, development of ecological agriculture, construction of forestry ecology net system, control of water and soil erosion and reclamation of industrial land.
