4 systematic technologies of the harness and integrated utilization of apple pomace are described. They are: ①Fermentation of pomace into feedingprotein. ②Fermentation of pomce to produce Brandy and animal feed. ③Prparation of pectin, dietary fiber and feed protein powder. ④Leaching citric acid and preparation of animal feed. The advantage and shortcoming of each system are analyzed. The future development of the utilization of apple pomace is presented.
