摘要
变叶海棠居群内和居群间的变异与分化,已构成一个极其复杂多样的群居系统。对居群系统的深入调查分析表明:变叶海棠的某些居群内既存在着渗入杂交变异,基因重组;也同时存在着较稳定性遗传(无融合生殖)和类型(单株)的分化、地方宗(变种)的分化、地理宗(亚种)的分化。经过比较分析,深入地揭示了马尔康海棠的演化历史和分类地位。即从变叶海棠居群内变异、地方宗的分化、地理宗的分化,最后达到种(马尔康海棠)的分化4个阶段;马尔康海棠是变叶海堂与陇东海棠渗入杂交形成的种间杂种,应归属于陇东海棠系(Ser.kansuensesRehd.)。
The interpopulational and intrapopulational variation and differentiation of Malus toringoides Hughes were found to have resulted in the formation of a complex and diversified population system. The present study showed introgession variation and gene recombination exist in some populations and stable genetic inheritance (apomixes) type differentiation (single), local race differentiation (mutation) and geographical differentiation (subspecies) exist as well. A comparative analysis revealed the history of evolution and the status of classification of M. toringoides: It has experienced 4 stages, i.e. from variatyion within the population of M. toringoides itself, to local race differentiation, to geographical race differentiation and, finally, to the formation of a new species - M. maerkangesis Cheng, Zeng. et Jin.; M. maerkangesis Cheng, Zeng. et Jin. represents an interspecific hybrid formed by introgression hybridization between M. toringoides and M. kansuensis and is recommended to be classified as a member of Ser. kansuensis Rehd.
