摘要
以猪笼草(Nepenthesmirabilis)腋芽为试材,通过组织培养进行快繁研究,结果表明,无菌繁殖体系的建立以1/2MS+6-BA1.0(mg/L)+NAA0.05+LH(水解乳蛋白)100为最佳;继代芽的增殖以MS+6-BA1.5+Ad2.0+NAA0.1+30~40g/L蔗糖最好;生根培养用1/2MS+NAA1~2+IBA0.5~1+H3BO350~100mg/L最好。
Axillary buds of Nepenthes mirabilis were used as explants in tissue culture to investigate the optimum conditions for its rapid propagation. The optimum medium appeared to be liquid 1/2MS supplemented with 1 mg/L 6-BA, 0.05 mg/L NAA and 100 mg/L LH for the establishment of virus-free propagation materials; MS supplemented with 1.5 mg/L 6-BA, 4 mg/L Ad, 0.1 mg/L NAA and 30~50 g/L sucrose for the proliferation of the subcultured buds; and 1/2MS supplemented with 1~2 mg/L NAA, 0.5~1 mg/L IBA and 50~100 mg/L H3BO3 for rooting.
