摘要
试验采用2~3a生长正常的小金海棠实生苗,以0.25%,0.30%,0.35%3个土壤盐浓度处理,通过叶片受害的形态观察,研究了小金海棠不同基因型与耐盐性之间的联系。结果表明,在盐害胁迫下,小金海棠约在第5~8d开始出现盐害症状,且不同RAPD类型的小金海棠对盐害表现有区别,其中RAPD分子标记为35号的小金海棠耐盐害能力最强。
TBTwo to three years old seedlings of Malus xiaojinensis were subjected to different soil salinity conditions with an NaCl concentration of 0.25%, 0.30% and 0.35%. Observation of the affected leaves showed that morphological symptoms of salt injury appeared 5 to 8 days after the salt stress treatment and that different types of M. xiaojinensis responded differently to salt stress, with the genotype with a molecular marker of No.35 showing the highest salt-tolerance.
