摘要
以新发现的6个粳型陆稻恢复系WAB450-11-1-3-P40-HB,WAB450-11-1-2-P61-HB,WAB450-1-I-P-91-HB,IRAT216,IRAT359,IRAT104及滇一型粳型水稻恢复系南29分别与滇一型不育系滇榆1号A杂交获得F1后再与保持系滇榆1号B回交形成的A/R//BBC1F1分离群体及F1与滇榆1号A回交的BC5F2分离群体为材料进行遗传研究,并用新发现的粳型陆稻恢复系与带恢复基因Rf1的C57杂交F1为父本,用滇榆1号A作母本测交进行恢复基因等位性测定,以花粉育性为主要指标,辅以小穗育性进行研究。结果表明:滇榆1号A与各恢复系的杂交F1花粉育性为50%左右,但结实率正常,为配子体不育类型,新发现的粳型陆稻恢复系WAB450-11-1-3-P40-HB,WAB450-11-1-2-P61-HB,WAB450-1-I-P-91-HB,IRAT216,IRAT359对滇榆1号A有正常恢复能力,而IRAT104仅能部分恢复;新恢复系WAB450-11-1-3-P40-HB,WAB450-11-1-2-P61-HB,WAB450-1-I-P-91-HB,IRAT216,IRAT359及云南粳型水稻恢复系南29的恢复性均由1对显性恢复基因控制,而IRAT104具有1对对滇一型细胞质雄性不育具部分恢复能力的恢复基因;新发现恢复系的恢复基因与著名粳稻恢复系C57所带的Rf1互为等位,IRAT104所携带的弱效恢复基因也与Rf1等位,为复等位基因,云南重要恢复系南29所带的恢复基因也与Rf1互为等位。
To study the fertility restoring ability of six newly found restoring lines for the Dian I type CMS line 'Dianyu 1A (CMS-D)', WAB450-11-1-3-P40-HB, WAB450-11-1-2-P61-HB, WAB450-11-1-I-P-91-HB, IRAT216, IRAT359, IRAT104 and Nan 29 were used to pollinate Diayu 1A to form F1 hybrids, which were then backcrossed with Dianyu 1B to form BC1F1 and with Dianyu 1A to form BC5F2 populations. They were also used to cross with C57, which carries the restoring gene Rf1, to form F1 hybrids, which were then test-crossed with Dianyu 1A to study their allelic relationship with Rf1. The results showed that the fertility ability of WAB450-11-1-3-P40-HB, WAB450-11-1-2-P61-HB, WAB450-11-1-I-P-91-HB, IRAT216, IRAT359 and Nan 29 is controlled by a dominant gene, which is allelic to Rf1, and the partial fertility ability of IRAT104 is controlled by another dominant gene, which is also allelic to Rf1.
