摘要
采用盆栽生物实验,以有机基质(河沙∶菌渣=1∶3)为栽培基质,土培为对照,研究不同供量商品有机肥田必施、福尔地对甜椒的生长、产量、品质的影响。结果表明,随着施肥量的增加,有机固体基质栽培各处理甜椒产量呈现"几"字形抛物线变化,即先增加,达到最大值后降低。其中A区田必施处理A4达到最佳值,B区福尔地处理B4达到最佳值。各处理甜椒单果重与产量表现出相同规律,并与产量存在一定的相关性。与土壤栽培相比,基质栽培甜椒的生长指标较优,品质指标氨基酸、Vc含量与土壤栽培的相当,但提高了可溶性糖的含量,降低了总酸度,同时硝酸盐含量保持在安全限量标准之内。
In a pot experiment, sweet pepper was grown on an organic substrate composed of sand and mushroom dregs at the ratio of 3∶1 and was supplied with the commercial organic fertilizers 'Tianbishi' and 'Fuerdi' to investigate their growth-accelerating yield-improving effects. The yield increased with fertilization rate to its maximum and dropped thereafter. The effect of commercial fertilizer application on fruit weight in the experiment showed a trend similar to that on yield. As compared with the control (soil culture), substrate culture gave better results. While the contents of amino acids and vitamin C were similar for both soil and substrate cultures, the latter increased soluble sugars and decreased total acidity of the fruit, and kept its nitrate content within the permissible limits.
