The Condition and the current situation of seed producton and advantages of industrialization production of oat seed in Qinghai Province were expounded. Meanwhile, the main problems existed in oat seed production were analyzed,and its basic developing pattern was discussed. At last, the countermeasure to improve the industrialization production of the oat seed in Qinghai Province were put forward.
