摘要
本文主要从全面建设小康社会的角度阐述就业是民生之本。只有充分就业,才能缩小收入差距和实现社会稳定,而扩大就业是我国当前和今后长期重大而艰巨的任务。并据此提出解决和扩大就业的主要对策,就是经济增长和调整产业结构,发展第三产业。
