摘要
中国加入WTO和产业结构调整对国有企业人力资源开发提出了更高的要求。国有企业必须针对人力资源开发与培训现存问题,转变观念,加强企业员工培训的计划性和系统性,采用先进适当的培训方法和技术,重视培训绩效评估。通过培训使企业全员素质得到提高,从而提升国有企业的竞争力。
China's entry into WTO and industrial structure adjustment pose a higher demand to human resource development of National Enterprises.Enterprises must aim the existing problems of human resource development and training,convert conception,enhance the systematize of training,employ advanced methods and technology,attach importance to appraisal of training.Training can raise quality of staffs then high ten the competence of National Enterprises.
