摘要
随着高等学校教学模式的改革,灌输式的呆板僵化的传统教学方法越来越不适应合同法教学的要求,只有结合实际,采用新的教学方法,才能适应新的形势需要。本文从案例教学在合同法教学中的作用以及如何适用方面探讨,以期使合同法案例教学真正发挥应有的作用。
With the transformation of the teaching pattern, the impartive and inflexible traditional Teaching method doesn't fit the requirement of contract law more and more. This article discussed the function of the case teaching and the applicaiton, in order that this method can play a big role in teaching of contract law.
