摘要
目的 为咽旁间隙疾病的影像诊断提供断层解剖学依据。方法 9具成尸头颈部冰冻后制成连续横断层解剖标本 ,观察不同层面咽旁间隙及临近结构的形态、毗邻关系 ,测量重要结构的径线。结果 两侧咽旁间隙及临近结构均呈对称性分布 ,咽旁间隙的鼻咽平面大于口咽平面 ,颈静脉孔等径线两侧无显著性差异。
Objective To provide sectional anatomy basis for imaging diagnosis of the paraparyngeal space diseases.Methods Cephalo-cevical samples of adults corpse were frozen and cut into transverse sequence sections. The morphology of parapharyngeal spaces and its close structure relationship were observed on different transverse sections of paraparyngeal spaces and adjacent stracture. Diameters of the important structure were measured.Results It was symmetrical of both sides of parapharyngeneal spases.Nosopharynx section was larger than oropharynx section in the parapharyngeal space. There were no significant differences in the width of both sides in the jugular foramen et al.Conclusion The sectional anatomy of paraparyngeal space has an important effect for imaging diagnosis of the early tumor in the parapharyngeal space.
