c-myc蛋白在宫颈鳞癌中的表达及其与HPV16/18 E6蛋白表达的关系

Expression of c-myc in Cervical Squamous Carcinoma and the Relation to Human Papillomavirus 16 And 18 E6 Expression

目的:检测c-myc蛋白在宫颈鳞癌中的表达,并探讨c-mye蛋白表达与HPV16/18 E6蛋白表达之间的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SP法对21例慢性宫颈炎、40例宫颈上皮内瘤(CIN)和71例浸润性宫颈鳞癌进行c-myc蛋白和HPV16/18 E6蛋白检测。结果:慢性宫颈炎、CINⅠ级、Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级c-myc蛋白阳性率均很高,而浸润性宫颈鳞癌c-myc蛋白阳性率下降(P<0.05);HPV16/18 E6阳性组和HPV16/18 E6阴性组之间c-myc蛋白阳性率差异无显著性。结论:浸润性宫颈鳞癌c-myc蛋白表达明显下降,c-myc蛋白表达与 HPV16/18 E6蛋白表达之间无相关性。

Objective To detect c-myc expression in cervical squamous carcinoma, and to study the relation of c-myc expression to human papillomavirus type 16 and 18(HPV16/18)E6 expression. Methods Immunohisto-chemical method was used to detect c-myc and E6 expression in 21 cases of chronic cervicitis, 40 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasm(GIN)and 71 cases of invasive cervical squamous carcinoma.Results High positive rate of c-myc expression was found in cervicitis, GIN Ⅰ , GIN Ⅱand GINⅢ , but the positive rate decreased significantly in invasive cervical carcinoma; c-myc positive rate showed no significant difference between those of E6 positive and those of E6 negative. Conclusions c-myc expression rate in invasive cervical squamous carcinoma decreased significantly, and no relationship between c-myc expression and HPV16/18 E6 expression.
