摘要
目的 观察放射性水平不同的饮水对小鼠遗传性状的影响。方法 昆明种幼鼠随机分为 3组 ,分别喂养至第 5 0、10 0、15 0天时进行动物骨髓细胞微核试验及染色体畸变分析。结果 两处理组与对照组不同时相点的实验结果基本一致 (P >0 .0 5 )。
Objective To explore the influence of high background radiation containing drinking water of different levels on micronucleus and chromosome aberration rate in bone marrow cell of mice.Method The Qunming young mice were randomly divided into 3groups;One group fed with tap water and the other two fed with high background containing drinking water of different levels ,Samples were collected on the 50 th ,100 th ,and150 th day respectively for morphological observation of micronucleus and chromosome aberration rate in bone marrow cell.Results There were no significant differences among the 3 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The results of this investigation indicated that high background radiation containing drinking water under experimental condition have not been found cytogenetic toxicity.
