季铵盐杀灭微生物效果观察

EXAMINATION OF GERMICIDAL EFFICACY OF QUATERNARY AMMONIUM DISINFECTANT

目的 为了解杀菌成分为苄基一双一 (2—羟乙基 )十二烷基氯化铵消毒液对微生物的杀灭效果。方法 载体定量杀菌试验。结果 含有效成分 10 0 0mg/l的该消毒剂对金黄色葡萄球菌作用 5min ,含有效成份 6 0 0mg/L的该消毒剂对大肠杆菌作用 5min ,含有效成分 15 0 0mg/L的该消毒剂对白色念珠菌作用 2min ,杀灭率可达 99.90 %以上 ;含 5 0 %小牛血清对其杀灭效果有中度影响。结论 5 4℃存放 14天 。

Objective to know the germicidal efficacy of the disinfectant solution containing benzyl-di-(2-hydroxyethyl)dodecyl ammonium chloride, carrier quantitative germicidal test were carried out.Result the Rilling rates of Staphylococcus aureus on cloth strips exprsed to the solution containing the quatenary ammonium salt 1000mg/L for 5min,escherichia coli on cloth strips exposed to the solution containing the quaternary ammonium salt 600mg/L for 7min and Candida albicans on cloth strips exposed to the solution containing the quaternary ammonium salt 1500ng/L for 5min attained 99.90.50% calf serum had moderately effect on its germicidal efficaly well after storing at 54℃ for 15 days.
