局部植骨消除倒凹法牙槽骨整形术

摘要 目的:探讨无牙颌特殊类型骨畸突的牙槽骨整形术的新方法。方法:作者把无牙颌牙槽骨畸突分为散在型和分区型,并对43例分区型病例行局部植骨消除倒凹法牙槽骨整形术,方法采用局部自体骨滑动消除倒凹、局部自体骨颗粒或羟基磷灰石(HA)颗粒,人工骨充填植骨消除倒凹。结果:43例中有41例(93.5%)植骨愈合良好,牙槽嵴形态改善。结论:该法较好地利用了局部牙槽骨资源,方法切实可行,是牙槽骨整形术的新思路。 Objective: To approach a new method of alveoloplasy for edentulous jaws. Methods: 43 cases with regional alveolar malformation were treated with alveoloplasy by using autogenous bone graft and hydroxyapatite artificial bone graft. Results: The alveolar malformations in 41 cases (93.5%) were eliminated. Conclusion: The present method can be taken as a new idea of alveoleplasy.
