蜡型包埋方法的改进及三种方法比较

Caparison and improvement of three wax pattern investing methods

目的:观察比较3种不同蜡型包埋方法的效果。方法:104件义齿采取涂挂法进行包埋,101件采取淋雨法包埋,153件采取改进(方法)方法包埋,分别计算3种方法不粘瘤子比率。结果:不粘瘤子比率分别为54.81％、53.47％、99.34％。结论:采用改进方法进行包埋效果最佳。

Objective: To observe and compare the effect of three different kinds of wax pattern investing method. Methods: Compared with coating investing method (104 pieces of the denture), rain-drenched investing method(101 pieces of the denture) and improvement investing method (153 pieces of the denture), the unsticky tumor ratio of these three methods was separately calculated. Results: The ratio of the censticky tumor was 54.81% (coating investing), 53.47% (rain-drenched investing) and 99.34% (improvement investing), separately. Conclusion: The best investing effect was obtained by the improvement method.
