摘要
目的 :探讨FAS/FASL抗原表达水平与多发性肌炎和皮肌炎肌肉组织中肌纤维和淋巴细胞凋亡程度的关系。方法 :以 4 0例临床确诊的多发性肌炎和皮肌炎的肌肉组织作为研究对象 ,并选取 2 0例正常肌肉组织作为对照。用免疫组化染色LSAB法检测FAS/FASL抗原在病变肌肉组织中的肌纤维和淋巴细胞上的表达。结果 :FAS抗原在多发性肌炎肌纤维表面及浸润淋巴细胞上均有较强的表达 ,其程度明显高于皮肌炎。FASL在多发性肌炎肌纤维表面和淋巴细胞均有表达 ,而在皮肌炎中仅在浸润的淋巴细胞上有较强表达。结论 :FAS/FASL抗原在多发性肌炎中表达增高 ,再次证实了T淋巴细胞侵犯以及肌纤维的凋亡可能是多发性肌炎的主要致病过程 ;而在皮肌炎中淋巴细胞的凋亡参与了皮肌炎的发病过程 ,但是否介导肌纤维的破坏在本研究中尚不能得到证实。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the FAS/FASL expression and apotosis.Methods:Muscle sections from 20 patients with polymyositis 20 patients with dermatomyositis and 20 controls.The muscle specimens were studied using immunohistochemistry.Results:The expression levels of FAS was higher on muscle fibers and infiltrating mononuclear cells than in dermatomyositis FASL was detected on muscle fibers and infiltrating mononuclear cells FASL was expressed mainly on infiltrating mononuclear cells in dermatomyositis.Conclusion:FAS/FASL were expressed both in mononeuclear cells and on the surface of muscle fibers in polymyositis.It indicate that the FAS/FASL system may be of importance for the inflammatory reaction and T-cell-mediated muscle call injury FAS/FASL is involved in mononuclear apoptosis in dermatomyositis but there is no evidence to improve the FAS/FASL was involved the muscle cell injury in dermatomyositis.
