摘要
随着对脊髓损伤 (Spinalcordinjury)基础 ,临床研究的不断进步 ,在上世纪 90年代确定了甲基强的松龙 (methylprednisolone,MP)早期应用于SCI肯定的临床效果后 ,又对其治疗机制不断深入研究。
with the increasing progress to know spinal cord injury(SCI)in experimental and clinical study and the confirning clinical effect to treat SCI with early MP in ninety decade of 20th century,the mechanizm of MP therapy is undestood continuously.Based on them above,a lot of new drugs are found effective for SCI.We want to give a review about it.
