中晚期胰腺癌术中放射治疗的临床分析

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF INTRAOPERATIVE RADIOTHERAPY ON THE ADVANCED PANCREATIC CANCER

目的 分析术中放射治疗 (IORT)对中晚期胰腺癌患者的治疗效果。方法 对 1 986— 1 999年收住我院的 65例伴有严重背痛和腹痛而又无法手术根治的中晚期胰腺癌患者 ,分别进行了IORT和体外放射治疗 (EBRT) ,观察止痛效果和中位生存期。结果 IORT组 45例患者的止痛总有效率为 95 .6 % ,术后 3d内见效 ,中位生存期为 7.5个月 ;EBRT组 2 0例患者的止痛总有效率为 90 .0 % ,放射治疗 1 4d后见效 ,中位生存期是 8.1个月。二组止痛总有效率差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5)。结论 IORT能明显缓解中晚期胰腺癌患者的疼痛 ,见效快 ,对患者的中位生存期无明显影响。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effects of intraoperative radiotherapy(IORT) and on the patients with advanced pancreatic cancer. Methods 65 advanced pancreatic cancer patients undergoing severe abdominal and back pain were treated by IORT or external beam radiotherapy(EBRT) in 1986-1999. The effect of analgesia and the median survival times (MSTs) were observed. Results In IORT group: The effective rate of analgesia in 45 patients was 95.6% and the analgesia occured within 3 days after IORT. The MSTs was 7.5 months. In EBRT group: The effective rate of analgesia in 20 patients was 90% and the analgesia occured after 14 days of EBRT. The MSTs was 8.1 months. Their effective rate of analgesia had no statistical difference (P>0.05). Conclusion IORT could relieve pain significantly and quickly, but it had no significant effect on the MSTs.
