摘要
目的 观察缺血预适应 (IPC)对大鼠肢体缺血再灌注后肠粘膜损伤的影响 ,以进一步探讨IPC对肢体缺血再灌注后肠粘膜屏障功能的保护作用。方法 实验用雄性Wistar大鼠 1 8只 ,随机分为对照组、缺血再灌注 (IR)组和缺血预处理 (IPC +IR)组 ,每组 6只 ,分别测定血浆和小肠组织超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)、黄嘌呤氧化酶 (XOD)、丙二醛 (MDA)、二氨氧化酶 (DAO)的含量变化及小肠组织的湿 /干重比值 (W/D)、髓过氧化物酶含量 (MPO)及双链DNA百分率 ,血中异硫氰荧光素标记的脂多糖 (FITC -LPS)水平。结果 IPC减轻IR后引起XOD、MDA、MPO、FITC -LPS、W /D、血中DAO含量的升高 ,并且增加了SOD、小肠组织中DAO及双链DNA百分率。结论 IPC对肢体IR继发的小肠粘膜屏障功能损伤具有保护作用。
Objective To observe the effect of ischemic preconditioning (IPC)on the injury of gut barrier function after limb ischemia-reperfusion( IR) in rats and investigate the protective effect of IPC on the injury of gut barrier function after limb IR. Methods limb ischemia-reperfusion injury modelrats were randomly divided into three groups:control group ,IR group and IPC group.The contents of superoxide dismutase(SOD),xanthin oxidase(XOD),malondialldehyde(MDA) and diamide oxidase(DAO) in plasma and gut were measured.The levels of wet/dry ratio(W/D),myeloperoxidase (MPO) and Ratio of DNA Chain in gut were determined.The values of fluorescein isothiocyanate lipopolysacchande(FITC-LPS) in plasma were observed. Results It was found that IPC attenuated the increased contents of XOD,MDA,MPO,FITC-LPS,W/D and diamide oxidase(DAO) in plasma. It was also found that IPC increased the values of SOD,the intestinal DAO?Ratio of DNA Chain. Conclusion IPC can protect gut barrier function from limb ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats.
