HPLC法测定补肾接骨口服液中蜕皮甾酮和柚皮苷的含量

Simultaneous Determination of Ecdysterone and Naringin in Bushen Jiegu Oral Liquid by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定补肾接骨口服液中蜕皮甾酮和柚皮苷的含量。方法采用SHIMADZU shim-pack VP-ODS色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:0.3%冰醋酸溶液-乙腈(79∶21),流速:0.8 ml·min-1,检测波长:263 nm,柱温:30℃,进样量:20μl。结果蜕皮甾酮、柚皮苷浓度在0.0614~0.6138、0.0131~0.1312 mg·ml-1(n=7)范围内与峰面积线性关系良好;蜕皮甾酮、柚皮苷平均回收率为99.54%、99.57%(n=9)。结论该方法操作简便、准确、专属性好,可作为补肾接骨口服液质量控制的方法。

Objective To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of ecdysterone and naringin in Bushen Jiegu oral liquid. Methods HPLC analysis was carried out on an SHIMADZU shim-pack VP-ODS column( 250 mm × 4. 6 mm,5 μm). The mobile phase was 0. 3% glacial acetic acid solution-acetonitrile( 79 ∶ 21).The detection wavelength was 263 nm,and the column temperature was 30 ℃,The injection volume was 20 μl.Results Ecdysterone and naringin showed a good linearity in the range of 0. 0614-0. 6138 and 0. 0131-0. 1312mg·ml-1( n = 7) respectively. The average recovery of ecdysterone was 99. 54%( n = 9),and that of naringin was99. 57%( n = 9). Conclusion This method is simple with high accuracy and specificity,which can be used for quality control of Bushen Jiegu oral liquid.
