目的开发时辰药理学管理软件,监控和建议最佳用药时间。方法采取余弦法,分析时辰药理学、中医时辰治疗学和时间生物学数据。同时,利用动态链接库技术编译监控模块,连接和监控医院信息系统。结果建立知识库;通过信息查询界面自动拟定最佳用药时间;监控模块实现医嘱用药时间合理性监测和预警工作。结论时辰药理学管理软件在医嘱评价和时间监控方面具备自动化和实时化的优势。

Objective To develop chronopharmacology management software,monitor and suggest the best delivery time. Methods Data on chronopharmacology,traditional medicine chronopharmacology and chronobiology were analyzed with the cosinor method. Meanwhile,the software monitored and docked with the hospital information system using dynamic link library technology. Results The software established the knowledge base and automatically suggested the best time of prescription through the query interface. Besides,the monitoring module monitored the reasonable prescription time and was capable of a warning. Conclusion This chronopharmacology management software has the advantage of automation and real-time monitoring,when used for prescription evaluation and time monitoring.
