Survey and Analysis of Pharmaceutical Resources of 25 Military Hospitals

目的为优化军队医疗机构药学资源配置提供依据。方法采用问卷调查方法,收集25家医疗机构药学部门2012年的资源投入和产出数据。结果药学部门人力资源、财务资源、设施设备资源、管理资源、科研资源和信息资源等资源分布与医疗机构规模因素相关。结论药学资源完整度和集中度与所在城市资源呈正相关,资源增长趋势向临床药学和药学科研发展,新兴资源发展较缓。

Objective To provide data on optimized allocation of pharmaceutical resources in military hospitals. Methods The input and output data of pharmaceutical resources of 25 military hospitals were collected by sending questionnaire surveys and analyzed with statistical methods. Results Distribution of human resources,financial resources,facility resources,management resources,research resources and information resources are related to the scale of hospitals. Conclusion The integrity and concentration of pharmaceutical resources are positively correlated with city resources. The growth of resources tends to lie in the development of clinical pharmacy and pharmaceutical research. New resources are developing relatively slowly.
