摘要
本研究采用"联想组合分析法"(AGA),考察"自杀"对大学生的心理意义。研究发现,联想词语共14大类,占比最大的类别依次是:情感、评价、自杀原因、自杀方式。"自杀"的负面意义占绝对主导,但也存在复杂性和矛盾性。成长地区、家庭背景、独生子女与否、年级、专业对积极和消极意义有显著影响。相比对同一样本的"语义区分"测验,AGA呈现的心理意义似更丰富复杂。本研究对预测死亡态度的变化以及相关生死教育具有一定启示。
This study adopted Associative Group Analysis(AGA)to investigate psychological meanings of'suicide'among Chinese college students.Participants were 584 undergraduate students from Chinese universities in 5 cities.The study found that there were 14 categories of association words,the largest ones being 1)emotions,2)judgments,3)suicide reasons,and 4)suicide methods.Negative meanings of'suicide'were dominant,but there were also contradictions and complexities.Demographic features that exerted significant influence on positive vs.negative subcategories included economic regions where the students grew up,family background,family’s(non-)single child,college year,and academic major.Compared with the Semantic Differential Test study carried out on the same sample,the AGA results revealed more complex psychological meanings.This study has some implications for predicting changes in attitudes toward death and related education on life and death.
