论MTI人才培养内部质量保障体系建设

On the Internal Quality Assurance System of MTI Education

当前的MTI教育已由规模扩张转向保证质量、提高质量的内涵发展,建立有效的人才培养质量保障体系成为了MTI教育探索的重要课题。MTI人才培养质量保障体系包括外部和内部两个层次,而学位点内部质量保障体系的建设对MTI教育发展起着决定性的作用。从全面质量管理视角加以观照,可以较为清楚地认识当前我国MTI人才培养内部质量保障体系的构成与运行情况,并结合现实存在的问题提出相应的意见和建议。

In recent years,MTI education in China has seen a sudden increase in student enrollment,which brings about great social concerns about the quality of its teaching and training.Thus,the construction of efficient quality assurance systems becomes an increasingly important research project for MTI education.There are two levels of quality assurance system of MTI education—internal and external,of which the internal quality assurance system plays the more decisive part in the development of MTI education.Total Quality Management provides us with a new perspective from which we investigate the structure and functioning of the internal quality assurance system of MTI program providers,and explore possible solutions to the problems of quality management in the present MTI education.
