摘要 微粒是来自于各类细胞的亚微米囊泡,在细胞激活或凋亡时产生,够将自身携带的信息物质传递给靶细胞,参与多种病理生理过程以及癌症发生发展。在癌症中,微粒有促凝、促血管生成、参与癌症增殖和转移、诱发耐药等作用,并且有一定的预后、预测及治疗价值。 Microparticles are the submicron vesicles from all kinds of cells produced when cells are activated or apoptosis.Microparticles may transmit messages to target cells, participate in various pathological and physiological processes as well as the occurrence and development of cancer. In cancer, microparticles can promote coagulation and angiogenesis, participate in cancer proliferation and metastasis, and have some prognostic and therapeutic value.
