应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测了18名红茶工,17名绿茶工及26名对照者血清总IgE与茶尘浸液特异性IgE水平。红、绿茶工血清总IgE平均水平分别为490.83 IU/ml与536.63IU/ml,均显著高于对照组均值(290.63 IU/ml),红、绿茶工间无显著性差别。红、绿茶工血清红茶尘浸液特异性ISE水平分别为7.28与5.59,也显著高于对照组均值(3.52)。血清总IgE与特异性IgE水平间无显著相关关系。
The total serum IgE concentrations as well as the specific IgE against allergens extracted from tea-dust were determined by an Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) among 18 black-tea makers, 17 green-tea makers and 26 controls. The mean of total serum IgE concentrations in the black-tea makers and green-tea makers was 490.83 and 536.63 IU/ml respectively) both were significantly higher than that in the control (290.63 IU/ml) . But the difference of the IgE concentration between two groups of tea-makers was not significant. And the means of serum specific IgE against allergens extracted from black-tea dust in the black-tea makers and green-tea makers were 7.28 and 5.59 respectively, they were also higher than that in the control (3.52) . There was no significant association between the total serum IgE concentrations and the allergen-specific IgE levels.
