柠檬酸铝多相脂质体的制备及抗大鼠实验性矽肺的观察

PREPARATION OF ALUMINUM CITRATE POLYPHASE LIPOSOME AND ITS EXPERIMENTAL EFFECT ON SILICOSIS

本文报告用成膜法结合机械分散制成一种抗矽药物新剂型——柠檬酸铝多相脂质体,并讨论了该制剂的组成、制备方法和治疗大白鼠实验性矽肺的疗效。结果表明,柠铝多相脂质体制备简便,原料易得,对实验矽肺有减少用药剂量,提高疗效的特点。而柠铝乳剂不见增强疗效。空白脂质体(未包封药物)无抗矽肺作用。

A new type of antisilicosis medicine,aluminum citrate polyphase liposome, made by the combination of membrance-formatioa and mechanical dispersal method is reported.Its constitution, method of preparation and effect on silicosis on experimental rats are discussed.Preparation method is simple, raw-materials are easily available.The effect is obvious with low doses. However,aluminum citrate emulsion does not prove to improve the effect.The polyphase liposome without aluminum citrate has no antisilicosis effect.
