摘要 一、研究学习权利的意义(一)学习权与教育体制改革的方向有关在教育领域,存在着教育者和学习者(受教育者)的关系,国家、社会、家庭在教育中的权力(权利)关系,政府与学校的关系等。教育制度的核心就是对这些关系的一种安排。在社会发展的过程中,这些关系会发生变化。
