依法治校保障和推进教授治学——学术委员会建设应然之道 被引量:1

摘要 高校建立学术委员会旨在彰显学术本质,加强学术治理,完善现代大学制度,但是行政逻辑驱动下的高校学术委员会表现出严重的行政化趋势,偏离了学术逻辑。这一现象的背后既有潜在行政逻辑的诱导,更说明我国高校学术委员会自身缺乏学术规律自洽性。当前我国处于全面依法治国和深化高等教育改革的新常态背景下,只有基于高校组织内部学术逻辑,加强法制保障,以法治捍卫学术本性,实现依法治校与教授治学协同创新,才能使高校学术委员会发挥实质性作用,回归大学学术规律的内在诉求。 In order to highlight the academic essence,strengthen academic governance,and improve the modern university system,we established the academic committee in colleges and universities.But the academic committee,which is driven by the administrative logic,has shown a serious administrative trend,and has gradually deviated from the academic logic.It is not only because of the induction of the administrative logic,but also because of the lack of academic self-consistency.Nowadays,China is under the background of comprehensive law-based governance and deepening the reform of higher education.We should strengthen legal protection and insist on the law-based governance to defend the academic essence.Only by administering college both by law and professors’ academic governance,the academic committee of the universities can really come into role.
