空军新学员长跑训练常见问题及解决措施

摘要 长跑训练是空军新学员体能训练中最常见的训练科目。科学合理的长跑训练对于迅速提高新学员体能具有十分重要的意义。但由于对科学训练认识不足、缺乏专业指导等原因,导致在空军新学员长跑训练中跑步技术错误、缺乏整体训练、训练损伤等问题频发。这些问题需要通过加强训练知识普及、培养训练骨干人才等方式来予以解决。 Long-distance training is the most common training subject for the recruit’s physical training.Scientific and reasonable training of long-distance has great significance for the rapid improvement of their physical fitness.Due to lack of knowledge of scientific training and professional guidance,there are many problems in the Air Force long-distance training,such as wrong individual technology,lack of overall training,frequent injuries and other issues.To settle these problems,strengthening the popularization of training knowledge and cultivating key members must be done.
