摘要
根据各军兵种对体能的现实需求,以现行《军事体育训练与考核大纲》为依托,按照"突出重点课目、合理划分阶段、实施科学控制、提高综合体能"的思路,通过对教与学的情感关系、导向教育和制度约束研究分析,在从难从严要求中调动学习训练积极性,进而达到提高军事体育教学效果的目的。
According to the actual needs of the different military arms to the physical fitness and the current Military Sports Training and Assessment Outline requirements,in accordance with the ideas of'highlighting'the key subjects,dividing stages reasonably,implementing scientific control,Improving comprehensive physical fitness',the paper analyzed the relationship of emotional relations,oriented education and institutional constraints between teaching and learning,mobilizing the learning enthusiasm in training with the strict requirements in order to further improve the effect of military sports teaching.
