广西在役运动员职业生涯规划初探

A Preliminary Study on Career Planning of Servicing Athletes in Guangxi

运用社会学和现象学等研究方法对广西在役运动员职业生涯规划作了探讨,发现多数运动员没有进行合理的职业生涯规划,退役安置比较困难,影响了运动队建设与后备人才培养。从加强运动员思想文化教育等多方面对广西运动员的职业生涯规划做分析研究并提出相应对策。

Athlete is a special occupation with the stage and indispensable for the development of Guangxi sports.Not only the sporting son with honor but ordinary athletes after retirement,it has to enter the society.Before the occupation conversion,the necessary occupation career planning for athletes is an effective way to improve the utilization rate of talents,facing the challenges of occupation conversion.By the methods of sociology and phenomenology,this paper discussed athletes in service occupation career planning in Guangxi.It found that most athletes have not reasonable occupation career planning’s and difficult retirement,affecting the construction of sports team and reserve.The thesis will analyze and study the career planning of Guangxi athletes from the aspects of strengthening athletes’ideology,culture and education,and put forward some countermeasures.
