低氧训练对大鼠骨骼肌谷胱甘肽抗氧化系统的影响

Effects of Simulated Hypoxic Nomobaric Training onthe Glutathione Antioxidant System of SD Rats' Skeletal Muscles

摘要 目的:探讨不同低氧训练方式对骨骼肌谷胱甘肽抗氧化系统的影响。方法:40只雄性SD大鼠随机分为低住安静组(LC)、低住低练组(Lo Lo)、低住高练组(Lo Hi)和高住低练组(Hi Lo),每组10只。实验采用美国Hypoxico公司生产常压低氧舱,低氧浓度控制在15.4%左右。大鼠采用动物跑台进行运动,低住组运动强度为35 m/min、高住组运动强度为30 m/min,1 h/d,5 d/wk,持续4 wk,4 wk后测定大鼠股四头肌谷胱甘肽抗氧化系统及相关指标。结果:1)低住低练组大鼠股四头肌GSH、GSH-PX、GST、GR、T-AOC的活性均显著高于低住安静组(P<0.05),低住低练组大鼠股四头肌MDA含量显著低于低住安静组(P<0.05);2)低住高练组和高住低练组大鼠股四头肌GSH、GSH-PX、T-AOC最高,MDA含量最低,两组间差异不显著(P>0.05),但与低住低练组比较,差异显著(P<0.05);3)低住高练组和高住低练组大鼠股四头肌GST、GR、-SH的活性与低住低练组比较,各组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。结论:低住高练和高住低练这两种训练方法都能提高机体谷胱甘肽抗氧化系统能力,降低脂质过氧化水平。 Objective:To investigate effects of different simulated hypoxic nomobaric training modes on the glutathione antioxidant system of SD rats’skeletal muscles.Methods:40 male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 4 groups of 10 each:quietly living at the low altitude(LC);training-low living at the low altitude(Lo Lo);living-low training-high(Lo Hi);living-high training-low(Hi Lo).Adopted in the experiments was a nomobaric hypoxic cabin produced in the US Hypoxico Company,with about15.4%of controlled hypoxic concentration.The rats exercised on the animal treadmill(exercise intensity:35 m/minute for the low-living groups,and 30 m/minute for the high-living group;exercise duration:1 hour/day,5 days/week for 4 weeks).The glutathione antioxidant system of rats’quadriceps and other relevant indices were determined 4 weeks later.Results:1)The Lo Lo group rats’quadriceps GSH,GSH-PX,GST,GREAT and T-AOC activity was significantly higher than the LC’s(P<0.05),and Lo Lo rats’quadriceps MDA content was prominently lower than the LC’s(P<0.05).2)The Lo Hi and Hi Lo groups’quadriceps GSH,GSH-PX and T-AOC were highest,and their MDA content was lowest,with insignificant difference between the 2 groups,but with notable difference compared with the Lo Lo group’s(P<0.05).3)Compared with the Lo Lo group,the difference was not marked between the various groups in the Lo Hi and Hi Lo groups’quadriceps GST,GR and-SH activity(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both of the training methods of living low-training high and living high-training-low can improve the ability of the body’s glutathione antioxidant system,and reduce the level of lipid peroxidation.
