福建省体育后备人才培养的资助途径与对策研究

Research on Funding Ways and Countermeasure of Fujian Sports Reserve Talents Training

通过对福建省内县市少体校和传统学校的调研,初步了解优秀体育后备人才的培养资助现状和现有少体校贫困生的资助途径,提出了应广开渠道让社会了解需资助体育后备人才的现状,建立多种机制进行宣传与引导,吸引社会多方关注体校资助对象的成长,引入社会公益资金激起社会的公益热情等对策,逐步解决贫困学生的生活问题。其次根据比赛训练的成绩和表现进行资助或奖励。使体育事业能健康有序的持续性发展,取得更好的体育成绩和荣誉,回报社会的公益行动。

Through the investigation of the sports school,county or city and traditional schoolin Fujian province,it has a preliminary understanding of funding situations incultivating outstanding sports reserve talents with investigating the aiding ways to the poor students in sports schools.It was creatively proposed that all kinds of channels should be open to let the public understand the present situation and difficulties in funding sports reserve talents,various mechanisms should be established to carry out propaganda and guidance,attracting much attention to growth of poor students in sports schools wit hways to arouse public enthusiasm and introduction of social welfare funds,then gradually solve life problems of poor students.Second,according to the results of training and the performance of the games,supports and rewards should be provided.So that the cause of physical education can develop orderly and successively.Finally,the poor students are able to achieve better performance and honor so that they can repay to the public.
